Every high-achiever will hit the ceiling of what they can handle using their current approach to the day.
That’s when you need to step up how you actually manage your workload.
For me, it’s all about having a PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY SYSTEM that’s at the core of how you operate personally and professionally.
I use a combination of Things (to do list software), and Zapier (to integrate Slack, Gmail, Asana etc into Things) and then I put EVERYTHING into it.
Ideas, actions, projects, follow-ups, reminders, shopping lists. Everything.
Other productivity skills are still important, but for me having a personal productivity system has been a game changer.
What about you? What’s your best productivity hack?
